We worked on several parts of the user experience, each with distinct goals. As an example, one of the more difficult ones was to increase the frequency in which construction workers check up on safety protocols and refresh their knowledge during their work day.
With Stark learning we were involved in the early phase of concept creation for a learning platform focused around workplace safety. While already having some experience in game design, they worked with us to embed a gamification design methodology throughout their product design and development. For this project we progressed through all the steps of the Just-Flow co-creation design Process and after this continued to work on detailing out the design of the seperate parts of the customer and user experience.
